As of Oct.20, as many as 318 observers from 27 international structures were registered in the Azerbaijani Central Election Commission (CEC) for observing parliamentary elections scheduled for Nov.1, CEC Chairman Mazahir Panahov said at the commission
Panahov said these observers represent 42 countries.
