President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received former President of the Republic of Ingushetia Ruslan Aushev of the Russian Federation,AzVision.az reports citing the official website of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Stressing that the former president of Ingushetia, Ruslan Aushev is a great friend of our country and people, the President praised his active participation in promoting peace and security in the region, major role in the development of the traditionally friendly relations between Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation, including the North Caucasus republics.
President Ilham Aliyev noted that Ruslan Aushev was awarded one of the highest state awards of Azerbaijan - Order "Dostlug" and handed him the award for his contribution to strengthening ties between the peoples of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation, the establishment of peace and tranquility in the region. Former President of the Republic of Ingushetia Ruslan Aushev stressed that he feels great pride in connection with receiving one of the highest state awards of Azerbaijan - Order "Dostlug". He paid tribute to national leader Heydar Aliyev with great respect.
Ruslan Aushev also noted that the dynamic development processes have made a deep impression on him.
