“Ballots will be firstly delivered to constituencies in Nakhchivan, then in other rural regions, finally to constituencies in Sumgayit, Absheron and Baku,” he noted.
The CEC chairman went on to add that opinions about poor election campaign are wrong. “Compared to previous years, the campaign is carried out on social networks now.”
