Tajikistan, Azerbaijan may resume air service between Dushanbe, Baku
Resumption of regular flights between Tajikistan and Azerbaijan was approved at the meeting of Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Tajikistan Negmatullo Hikmatullozoda with the Azerbaijani Ambassador to Tajikistan, Abbasali Hasanov, the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Dushanbe told, AzVision.az reports.
Both sides agreed that protracted resumption of Baku-Dushanbe flight affects practical development of bilateral relations, ca-news.org reports.

During the meeting, the sides reviewed the prospects of unification of railway projects Baku-Tbilisi-Kars and Tajikistan-Afghanistan-Turkmenistan. The railway line Baku-Tbilisi-Kars is expected to be put into operation soon.

The importance of communication corridor Asia-Caucasus-Europe, which will be implemented after the unification of the named projects, was noted at the meeting.
