Minister of Internal Affairs, Colonel-General Ramil Usubov said their appointment procedures had been arranged based on the principles of justice and transparency. This practice is widely applied in various activities nowadays, he added.
He said, highly qualified trainings, professionalism, governance, loyalty, efficiency and promotion, attentiveness and care towards the young employees are among the main priorities of the country and the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
