Chief of Azerbaijan`s Presidential Administration, academician Ramiz Mehdiyev wrote an article titled `On roots of degradation of European structure or the Policy of double standards towards Azerbaijan. From world order to `disorder`.
The article notes that euphoria about the future global security and interaction became obvious with the collapse of bipolar system in the world society.
"Most scholars, analysts, journalists have predicted the end to the `epoch of force` in international relations. With the end of the `cold war`, the community has set its mind to achieving declared goals in the form of the triumph of democracy, freedom and equality of all countries," the academician writes.
