President Ilham Aliyev has issued an order to approve the State Program on sociodevelopment of regions in 2014-2018.
Under the decree, the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic is to take necessary measures along with its corresponding center and local executive authorities, to ensure the annual implementation of measures considered in the State Program when the State Investment Program is developed along with the Ministry of Economy and Industry and the Ministry of Finance and to hold talks with international financial institutions, relevant agencies and businessmen of foreign countries with the view of attracting investments in the funding of the State Program along with the Ministry of Economy and Industry.
