On Oct.25, Azerbaijan`s Central Election Commission (CEC) will end the distribution of voter notifications in connection with the parliamentary elections scheduled for Nov.1
According to the “Rules for the distribution (deliverance) of notifications on time and place of the voting to citizens in elections (referendum) conducted in the Republic of Azerbaijan”, it is advisable to end delivering voter notifications days prior to the elections.
