Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev expressed condolences to his French counterpart Fransua Holland on October 23, AzVision.az reports.
The letter reads:
“Dear Mr. President,
I was deeply saddened by the loss of 42 and injuries as a result of road accident in the France. On the occasion of this tragedy, on my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I extend my deep condolences to you, the families and loved ones of the dead and all the people of France, and wish the injured speedy recovery`.
