The applications for observing the election should be submitted from the day of announcement of the election date till five days before the voting, according to the Electoral Code.
Azerbaijan will hold the parliamentary election Nov.1.
As many as 465 observers from 36 international structures have been accredited in the Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan for observing the parliamentary election.
In total, the missions representing 53 countries will observe the parliamentary election.
