In accordance with the decree signed by Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev dated Oct.19 on reducing the forms of entrepreneurship activities requiring special permission (licenses), simplifying the procedure of issuing them and ensuring transparency, the ministry is preparing special proposals on defining the forms of activities requiring licenses in connection with national security requirements and for reducing the number of licensed activities.
