“As you know, the negotiations continue and there will be no changes in Azerbaijan`s position. I has repeatedly stated this and I say it today: the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan will never be a subject of talks. The issue must find its solution only on the basis of international law and Azerbaijan will never deviate from this position. That is there will be no compromises in the issue of the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. No decision that would create a possibility for secession of Nagorno Karabakh from Azerbaijan will be passed either today or tomorrow or in hundreds of years. I want to repeat once again that this issue is not a subject of talks”.

These words were quoted in the just-published 15th volume of the book `Ilham Aliyev. Development is our goal` and extracted from the speech at the session in the Cabinet of Ministers on socioeconomic outcomes of 2005 held under the chairmanship of our head of state.

The responsible for the publication is the chief of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan, academician Ramiz Mehdiyev.

The multivolume reflected the speeches, recommendations of President Ilham Aliyev on the successful foreign policy of Azerbaijan, strengthening the economic potential of the country, army building, the implementation of socio-economic development of the regions, significant results in the field of democratization of our society, as well as other areas of public and political life.

This volume contains materials of discussions on peaceful settlement of the Armenian -Azerbaijani Nagorno -Karabakh conflict with President Jacques Chirac during a working visit of President Ilham Aliyev to France, Armenian President Robert Kocharian with participation of the OSCE Minsk Group, the meetings of the president with representatives of foreign states and governments, international organizations, who arrived in Baku, statements and interviews, media information.

The book also reflects the material on President Vladimir Putin `s visit to Baku to attend the opening ceremony of the "Year of Russia " in Azerbaijan, as well as meetings and negotiations held during the official visit of President Ilham Aliyev to Japan with government officials, company executives, representatives of the influential circles of this country, a long interview given to Japanese television .

This volume also contains materials about the trips of President Ilham Aliyev to Agdam, Barda and Tartar regions of the country, participation in opening ceremonies of social, cultural and other facilities, meetings with public representatives in those areas.

The book includes columns "Notes", "Personal Names" , "Geographical names”.

The materials included in the fifteenth volume cover the period from December 2005 to March 2006.
