President signs decree on establishment of "Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund"

President signs decree on establishment of "Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund"

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the establishment of the "Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund" Open Joint Stock Company.

The "Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund" JSC shares are owned by the state is a legal receiver of Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund under the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

The Company will carry out work to attract local and foreign financial resources for mortgage lending, providing the population with living space by creating a mechanism for long-term mortgage lending.
