Warlick: We got acquainted with good people who are truly seeking peace
I know that you remember the days when you were living together with Armenians in Nagorno Karabakh.

U.S. co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick made the remarks at the meeting of the Public Union of Azerbaijani Community of Nagorno-Karabakh, APA reports.

According to him, the young generation had no chance to know the opposite side and get information about them. “One of our purposes is to present such information to both sides.
We got acquainted with good people who are truly seeking peace. They want to live in safety. We also became familiar with the Armenians who don’t consider Azerbaijan as enemy.

The peaceful solution of the conflict depends on our joint work. One of our general duties is to achieve the convergence of the sides and strengthening of confidence-building measures”, said the U.S. co-chair.
