The article envisages punishment of 3-year imprisonment or a fine worth 100 000 Armenian dram.
Mikayilov’s relative Bahar Mikayilova told APA that he lost his way and crossed to Juja village of Armenia. The residents of the village detained him and handed over to the Armenian border guards.
