Jews were never infringed upon in Azerbaijan

Israel and Azerbaijan are good old friends, and their relations constantly strengthen and develop, Israeli politician, Knesset member Sofa Landwehr told on Oct.30.

She said that interparliamentary relations between Israel and Azerbaijan constantly develop.

“Israeli people treat Azerbaijan with great love, and all that happened in your history painfully echoes in our hearts,” she said. “In addition, the Israeli community has lived for centuries the same way as others in Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan is one of the few countries which never hurt Jews.”
