President Ilham Aliyev offers condolences to Vladimir Putin

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of condolences to his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.

“We are deeply shocked by the news of the numerous casualties as a result of crash of Russian Airbus-321 plane.

On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I express my deepest condolences to you, the families and relatives of those who died and all the people of Russia,” says the lett
