The Ministry told, guided by the Law dated October 20, 2015 “On suspension of inspections in entrepreneurship”, its application, and President Ilham Aliyev’s decree dated October 26, 2015 on additional measures on state regulation in entrepreneurship, the MIA continues the fulfillment of the requirements arising from the normative legal acts, as well as the investigation of relevant information and taking necessary measures.
In this regard, the ministry’s Hotline #1002 is available in cases of illegal intervention in the activity of entrepreneurs and business structures, as well as legitimate business activities by the employees of the internal affairs bodies abusing their official powers.
