As of 10:00 (UTC/GMT +4 hours), the voter turnout reached 12.8 percent (667,732 voters) in the Azerbaijani parliamentary election, Rufat Gulmammadov, the head of the Election Information Center of the Azerbaijani Central Election Commission, said.
