No violations have been recorded in the Azerbaijani parliamentary elections so far, Serijkan Kanayev, the head of the observation mission of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic Speaking Countries (TURKPA), told reporters in Baku Nov.1.
What we have seen up to now indicates that the open and transparent elections continue in the country, the mission head said.
