Habsburg noted that she observed elections in Azerbaijan several times. “The Azerbaijani people are very hospitable. I`m glad to be in the northern district. Guba is one of my favorite districts and it is a pleasure for me to be here.”
Habsburg said that they observed no violation at these polling stations and are satisfied with the election process.
