An observation delegation headed by member of "Parliament-2015" Election Monitoring Coalition Vugar Bayramli has monitored elections in 7 constituencies in Sabail, Nasimi and Narimanov districts.
“The initial monitoring shows that there is no intervention to the voting process. Citizens enjoy their voting right without any problems. Activity of voters is quite well in all polling stations,” head of the Centre for Economic and Social Development Vugar Bayramov told secki-2015.az.
