Erki mentioned that the Estonian delegaiton monitored the election in a total of 11 polling stations.
“Among those, there was a polling station intended for the internally displaced persons. The voting was held in an orderly and organized manner. The observers didn’t monitor the election in the polling stations of the district where they live. The polling stations opened on time. The observers monitored the election process in each election commission from the beginning till the end. We also observed the counting of votes in Surakhani district. The process was conducted precisely. Local observers didn’t intervene in the process”, he said.
