“To receive documents for individual ID cards to be given to citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan under the age of 15, to send these documents to concerned executive bodies, and to present the card received by the consulate to the person who makes the request” has been added to Article 38 of the Consulate Charter of the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reported.
The law will enter into force on January 1, 2020.
