The party states that it will file a cassation appeal to the Supreme Court, and in case of rejection, it will appeal to the European Court of Human Rights.
Musavat Party decided to withdraw from the Nov.1 parliamentary election. The CEC didn’t exclude party’s candidates’ names from the ballot and announced the decision was taken in accordance with the Electoral Code.
