The project is expected to nearly thousands of young people from 18 regions.
The festival aims at organizing useful and creative leisure of the youth and ensuring their intellectual development. Young people below 29 years of age are encouraged to participate.
The qualification rounds of the project will be held in Baku and different regions of the country. 60 most successful teams will have the right to participate in the final of the festival which is due in Baku.
The final is due to be held at the Kempinski Hotel Badamdar on November 21.
