President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on application of the law on amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Azerbaijan, dated 30 September 2015.
Amendments were made to Article №88-1 (use of lands for purpose not specified) of the Code of Administrative Offences.
88-1.1. Individuals using lands for purpose not specified will face AZN 300 fine, officials - AZN 600 fine and legal entities AZN 3,000 fine.
88-1.2. Individuals using agricultural lands for purpose not specified will face AZN 500 fine, officials - AZN 1,000 fine and legal entities AZN 5,000 fine.
Following amendments were made to Article №88-3- “as well as agricultural lands” words are added after “lands in protection zones” envisaged in disposition №3.1.“from AZN 60 to up to AZN 90” words are replaced with “AZN 1,500” in sanction №3.2.
