The Southern Gas Corridor will ensure the energy security of Europe in the next 100 years, Deputy Energy Minister Natig Abasov said at the second SPE Annual Caspian Technical Conference and Exhibition in Baku.
“The project, which is assessed as the energy security strategy of Europe, diversification and supply of energy resources, aims to put an end to Europe’s dependence on gas and is on the focus of world as an alternative energy source”, the deputy minister said.
