Ministry: Energy tariffs will not be increased

The issue of tariffs on heating and electric energy is not being reconsidered, Deputy Energy Minister Natig Abbasov said.
“The demand will increase in the future. No issue on increase of tariff is being discussed. Regarding alternative energy, its production is expensive and current tariff is 4.5 kopecks. However, its tariffs are not being discussed either”, he added.
