The dead - which police believe to number seven - were discovered by a doctor responding to an emergency house call in the town of Wallenfels.
Police said they were yet to interview the previous occupant of the residence, a 45-year-old woman.
Examinations of the corpses are under way, Bavarian Radio reported, but results are not due until next week.
