Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has offered condolences to Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Development of France Laurent Fabius over the recent terror attacks in Paris.
Mammadyarov in his message offered deep condolences to the French people and the families and relatives of the victims and wishes speedy recovery to the wounded in the attacks.
