Autumn vacation kicks off in Azerbaijani secondary schools

Autumn vacation kicks off in Azerbaijani secondary schools

Autumn vacation starts in secondary schools of Azerbaijan on November 15, AzVision.az reports.

5 days vacation considered in 2015-2016 academic years will end on November 20.

5 days winter vacation will be on January 27-31. 5 days additional spring vacation on May 1-5 determined for primary grades.

Spring holiday coincides with Novruz. Considering 5 days official celebration of Novruz in Azerbaijan additional spring vacation was not determined for other grades, excluding primary schools.

In 2015, academic year will end on June 14, not May 31.
