The book will remain open from 15:00 till 18:00 (UTC/GMT +4 hours) for a week. Azerbaijani state and government representatives will sign the book, the embassy told.
The embassy also tightened security measures due to the Paris attacks.
As many as 129 people were killed, 352 other wounded, 99 of them critically as a result of these terror attacks.
