President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of congratulation to Latvian President Raymond Veyonis on occasion of national holiday.
The letter of congratulation says:
"The people of Azerbaijan join me as I extend my sincere congratulations to you and the people of Latvia on national holiday- the Independence Day. I am confident that we will further take efforts to strengthen our interstate relations, expand the traditional ties of friendship and cooperation between our countries. On this remarkable day I wish you a sound health, success in activity and lasting peace and prosperity to the friendly people of Latvia," the letter says.
President Ilham Aliyev also congratulated sultan Oman Kabus bin Said.
"The people of Azerbaijan join me as I extend my sincere congratulation to you and your people on the national holiday of Oman - Sultan`s birthday,` the letter says.
Ilham Aliyev wished a sound health, successes in activities to Kabus bin Said and peace and prosperity to the friendly people of Oman.
