Sixth international environmental exhibition kicks off in Baku
The 6th International Exhibition for Environmental Protection "Caspian: Technologies for Environment", CTE 2015 has started at the Baku Expo Centre Exhibition Complex.
This exhibition is the only significant event for ecology and environmental protection in the Caspian and Caucasus regions that is supported by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Public Association IDEA (International dialogue in the name of environmental protection). The event was organized by Caspian Event Organisers, Caspian Energy News (www.caspianenergy.net) reports with reference to the statement of the exhibition organisers.

The CTE 2015 exhibition brings together companies from Azerbaijan, Germany, the Czech Republic, Russia, Turkey, Switzerland and other countries on one platform. The exhibition was attended by government agencies such as the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as Temiz Sheher ("Clean City") JSC and the "Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping" Closed Joint-Stock Company. The Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan is participating in the exhibition for the first time.

Newcomers at this year`s exhibition include companies from Switzerland, Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. The stand for the Chamber of Commerce of the Tyumen region (Russian Federation) presents an exposition of three Russian companies. The debutants present equipment for the disposal and recycling of waste, water purification (treatment) systems and much more.

In general, CTE 2015 demonstrates the latest developments in the field of efficient use of natural resources, systems for the collection and disposal of solid waste, modern samples of alternative energy equipment, attracting people`s attention to environmental issues and their solutions, and much more. Furthermore, the oil companies SOCAR and BP showcase new technology for water purification, soil cleaning and toxic waste management. This year`s new sector "Landscape Architecture, Design and Garden Equipment" is featured in the exhibition.

The international CTE exhibition will help to expand business contacts, exchange experience, enhance familiarity with new equipment and trends in the industry and it will give an additional impetus to the current work being done towards improving the environment.
