Azerbaijan`s Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism Sevda Mammadaliyeva has met Turkmen State Minister Ogulhacet Ishanguliyeva.
They spoke of the development of cultural ties between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan, as well as deep roots of both countries` bonds.
