The OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs welcome the humanitarian gesture from Azerbaijan to return an Armenian soldier who crossed the Line of Contact, the US co-chair James Warlick tweeted on Nov.19.
On Nov.18, Azerbaijan returned back Armenian soldier Andranik Grigoryan who crossed the Line of Contact between Azerbaijani and Armenian armies on March 22 this year. The return was facilitated by the International Committee of the Red Cross.
