Over 4,000 debtors banned from leaving Azerbaijan
Azerbaijan is constantly improving execution of court decisions, taking strict disciplinary measures against executive officers, as well as dismissing them from justice agencies, the country
The minister said in comparison with previous year, over the first nine months of 2015, the number of executions of court decisions has increased by 53 percent to 350,000.

“As a result of taken measures, more than 160,000 decisions were executed, AZN 124 mln were paid to individuals and legal entities, number of voluntary repayments increased,” he added.

According to the minister, 3,250 people were brought to administrative responsibility for failure to fulfill decisions, 1,800 people were brought to administrative arrest, and criminal cases were launched on 242 people. More than 4,000 debtors were banned from leaving the country.
