Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and president of Turkmenistan Gurbangulu Berdimahammadov are invited as honorary guests.
Today, the third summit of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum will be held in Tehran, Iran, Azvision.az reports.
The participants of the meeting will discuss prospects of development of the global gas market and promoting gas consumption.
The sides will discuss all topical issues of bilateral cooperation - trade and investment cooperation, nuclear energy, oil and gas production, military and technical cooperation.
Russian President Valdimir Putin and Iranian President Hasan Rouhani, as well as the presidents of Bolivia, Venezuela, Iraq, Nigeria, Guinea and the Prime Minister of Algeria are expected to attend forum.
The Tehran Gas Exporting Countries Forum will be held 21- 23 November .
