OSCE US co-chair James Warlick gave an interview to Armenian media, AzVision.az reports.
"We expect the presidents to hold talks to ease tension in the region and to prevent civilian casualties. Moreover, the presidents will discuss settlement proposals", James Warlick said commenting Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
"We do hope, this meeting will give a new impetus to the dialogue between the presidents and become a turning point in the peace process," said the mediator.
The upcoming meeting of the Presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is expected to be held on December 1 within the Climate Change Conference to be held in Paris from 30 November to 11 December.
