Iltimas Mammadov has retained the post of Azerbaijani Deputy Minister of Communication and High Technologies, Mushfig Amirov, the advisor to the minister, AzVision.az reports.
He said that earlier, Mammadov served as the first deputy minister.
“The first deputy minister may be appointed acting minister in accordance with the ministerial provisions,” the adviser said.
"Ramin Guluzade has been appointed first deputy minister of communications and high technologies,” he said. “Guluzade is also an acting minister. Elmir Velizade is the deputy minister of communication and high technologies.”
