During the session participants expressed concern over the level of education in the Islamic world. It was noted that over half a billion of Muslims can neither write nor read. Several Islamic countries are suffering from the lack of professional teachers and education programs.

Abulfas Garayev said the session ended with the adoption of a resolution.
