`Developed leader countries are responsible in emerging of the problem. One of main reasons of climate change is not to taking into consideration a number of factors in industry. Leader countries deliberately refuse to take relevant measures. The states having strong economy do not consider environmental situation. Leader countries do not pass over their economic interest in order to prevent this problem`, he writes.
The 21st UN Paris Climate Change Conference (COP21) launches today. About 150 heads of state and government will attend the forum.
