“Unlike other countries, NED has not announced the names of Azerbaijan’s organizations to which these grants were allocated. Only the direction of the grants was revealed. However, NED named the organizations in Georgia and Armenia which received the grants,” he added.
`Everyone knows those organizations. After imposing restrictions in Azerbaijan, the amount of foreign grants increased several times. None of these grants is registered, they are beyond the state control,” he stressed.
