Azerbaijani president congratulates UAE counterpart

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan on his country’s national holiday.

“On my own behalf and on behalf of the Azerbaijani people, I congratulate You and through you all the people of the United Arab Emirates on your country’s national holiday – Independence Day. On such an auspicious day, I wish you robust health and happiness, and the people of the United Arab Emirates lasting peace and prosperity,” the letter says.
