Any conflict both in the south and the OSCE space requires an attentive approach, solidarity and mediatory format, Russian President Sergey Lavrov told while speaking at the session of the 22nd OSCE Ministerial Council in Belgrade.
Lavrov said that Russia is guided by this very principle in resolution of conflicts in Nagorno Karabakh, Transdniestria and Ukraine.
The minister stressed the importance of respect to sovereignty of the states and noninterference with their affairs.
