Kazakhstan in search for missing Azerbaijani oil workers
In regard to the Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli offshore oil field fire, Kazakh ships carry out intensive control to identify objects in the Caspian sea and provide aid to the victims, AzVision.az reports citing the Novosti-Kazakhstan news agency.
" The region currently suffers from complex weather condition. However, the chief of the coast guard instructed the ferry boats and ships to carry out intensive supervision and control. They are instrcuted to report and provide necessary aid on the found objects and victims," the news agency states.

Earlier on Dec. 4, fire broke out on the offshore platform #10 of SOCAR’s Gunashli field, after an underwater high-pressure gas pipeline was damaged in strong storm.

As many as 32 people have been rescued in a large-scale operation.

One person was found dead and his body was handed over to his relatives. Some 29 people are considered missing.
