Some 23 oil workers are currently listed as missing.
Earlier, Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev decreed to create a state commission tasked to step up the search and rescue operations, to establish the causes of the incident, and to take urgent measures to address the tragedy’s consequences.
