Mehdiyev went on to add that he regularly meets Gahramanli, and his client has no complaints regarding the conditions of detention.
Gahramanli is charged under articles of the Criminal Code for incitement to violent seizure of power, forcible change of the constitutional order or violation of the territorial integrity of the country, distribution of materials of such content, as well as actions aimed at incitement of national, racial, social or religious enmity and hatred by using violence or the threat of its application.
However, the deputy head of the Azerbaijan Popular Front Party doesn’t agree with these accusations, and says that he only shared criticism in social networks.
