Asian Development Bank has approved the country operations business plan (COBP), 2016-2018.
The priorities of the Business Plan is aligned with the priorities of the forthcoming CPS for 2014-2018 for Azerbaijan and the government`s Azerbaijan 2020 vision document.
ADB has chosen energy, transport, water and urban infrastructure, service sector as priority spheres. The bank also intends to continue cooperation with the government in other spheres through consultations and technical assistances..
For implementation of projects provided in the Business Plan, $1.1 bln loan and $3.8 bln technical assistance are expected to be allocated in 2016-2018.
